Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment?

No. During our open hours you’re welcome to visit our store and try on as many items as you like! If you’re after a specific dress feel free to contact the store to check it’s available for tryons.

How long can I hire a dress for?

Our typical hire is 2 days. However, we also have 4, 6 and 8 day hires available. If you’re needing to hire for longer please contact us directly.

Can I return my dress hire after hours?

Absolutely! We have a drop box for after hours returns, this address is given out at collection.

Where are you based?

Our beautiful boutique is located in Mount Barker, however we frequently attend markets at Gilles at the Showgrounds and Sunday Funday at Tonsley with our CYB Basics collection.
